M. Meriç Ordu

Hi, I’m Meriç. I take repetitive work off small teams with AI automation.

I’m an AI automation consultant. I look for the work a small business or a professional still does by hand, build the automations and AI agents that take it over, and show the team how to use them. I build with n8n, APIs, LLMs and Python, and I aim for a result you can measure: how long the task took before, and how long it takes after.

I’m also a 3rd-year Computer Engineering student, so I work in small, testable steps and publish what I build. My two public tools, flx and n8n-organizer, come with tests, CI and written case studies; they are my own tools, not client work. Any demo on this site is labelled as a demo. What I’m focused on this month is on my now page.

How I work

  1. Find the painful task. One manual job in operations, sales or finance, and how many hours it eats each week.
  2. Build the fix with real material. Your last few outputs, your template, the place the numbers come from.
  3. Show before and after. “This took X. Now it takes Y minutes.”
  4. Hand it over. Setup first, then training, then maintenance if you want it.

Automations I offer: lead collection and enrichment, outreach sequences, lead qualification, website visitor assistants, hiring flows (CV screening, candidate outreach, onboarding).

Why this site exists

I write down what I build and what I learn on the way. There are three kinds of posts:

  • Field notes: a specific problem I ran into and how I solved it.
  • Research notes: a question I looked into properly, with sources and numbers.
  • Case studies: one project, from the problem to the measured result.

Every post is mine: I choose what goes in, check every number and edit the final text. When AI drafted or edited a post, the note at the end says so.
